Event policies
1. Guest understands and agrees that The Castle Vineyard requests a deposit for events. The deposit for an event is based on the proposal at the time of tour. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event.
2. The Castle Vineyard gladly accepts cash or check as forms of payment for booking special events.
3. Only preapproved, natural elements may be used to decorate. We do not allow silk flower petals, confetti, glitter or other hard to clean up décor.
4. Employees of The Castle Vineyard will aid with setup and cleanup of the facilities. This does not include any decorating or setup/takedown of rentals.
5. Guest shall be liable for loss of property or damage which may be caused by Guest, family member or other invited persons.
6. The Castle Vineyard is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Refunds or cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis and are made at the sole discretion of The Castle Vineyard.
8. If you are attending a public event onsite and require special dietary modifications, please contact The Castle Vineyard at least 1 week prior to the event.
9. As a private performance and event venue, The Castle Vineyard is not licensed to sell alcoholic beverages. Guest is permitted to serve, but not sell, alcohol on the premises. Guest must provide us with the name of your licensed server 30 days prior to your event. No alcohol may be served during a wedding reception unless a licensed and insured bartender is on site. All alcohol must be removed from the site within 24 hours following the event. Guest is responsible for any and all consequences of alcohol consumption. The Castle Vineyard, its owners, personnel and insurance carriers are exempt from any and all liabilities that may result from serving alcohol at your event.
