THE CASTLE VINEYARD

Was built over the course of seven years and is officially open to the public as of 2022! The castle is a perfect blend of design elements inspired by Tuscan vineyards, castles of Europe, historic Wisconsin barns, mid-century American industry and turn of the century churches. Only the very best material had been chosen with delicate care to create a richly vibrant castle filled with custom-made pieces.During the first year, the castle operated as a world-class vacation rental property, getting clients from around the globe for their chance to experiences a once-in-a-lifetime stay. Since launch, we have hosted thousands of guests and have garnered one of the most visited Airbnb listings in the world. Yet, The Castle Vineyard has so much more to give, which led us to our newest venture – The Castle Vineyard Weddings and Events, a 99-person boutique location perfect for your special day!

Brittney Munro

Brittney has always had a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, whether through her career in hospitality or the way she brings people together in her personal life. With nearly twenty years in hospitality, she’s helped launch more than a dozen restaurant concepts and led service at some of Chicago’s most iconic venues. One of her most rewarding roles was at Navy Pier, where she hosted over 100 weddings at the world’s largest rooftop venue. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations across many cultures, she’s had the privilege of guiding couples through their big day—and she keeps in touch with some of them years later.  This experience shaped her approach to weddings: it’s not only about logistics and service, but about building trust, creating comfort, and ensuring every detail reflects the couple’s vision.  

For Brittney, your wedding is more than a single day. It’s the chance to create the kind of lasting, joy-filled memory you’ve always wanted. It would be her honor to help you create a celebration that you and your guests will remember for years to come.
